Rocky Bagel is looking for an early riser to join our team as a Baker. This role starts at 4:00 am and is key to making sure fresh bagels are ready when we open our doors. In addition to baking, you’ll help with wraps and other prep as the menu expands.

What You’ll Do
• Bake bagels each morning to keep the shop fully stocked
• Maintain ovens and baking area, keeping everything clean and organized
• Assist with preparing wraps, sandwiches, and other menu items
• Manage timing so the counter is ready with fresh product when doors open
• Support the team with restocking and light prep as needed

What We’re Looking For
• Must be a morning person and comfortable with a 4:00 am start
• Reliable and able to work independently with attention to detail
• Comfortable in a warm kitchen environment
• Food service or baking experience is a plus but not required
