Cornwall’s newest bagel shop is almost here! Rocky Bagel is bringing fresh-baked bagels, local coffee, and a welcoming space to Main Street. We can’t wait to open our doors this Fall and share something special with our community.

  • As part of our Bagel Counter Crew you will be the first face our customers see, fulfilling orders and keeping the shop running smoothly.

    What You’ll Do
    • Greet customers with a smile and take orders at the counter
    • Handle cash and card transactions at the register
    • Keep the counter and dining area clean and stocked
    • Restock self serve coffee and supplies
    • Support the team with prep and light kitchen tasks as needed

    What We’re Looking For
    • Friendly, positive attitude and good communication skills
    • Comfortable in a fast paced environment
    • Reliable, punctual, and a team player who is comfortable with early mornings
    • Previous food service experience is a plus but not required

  • As part of the Prep Crew, you will keep the back of house running smoothly. In this role you will prepare sandwiches, spreads, and other items, and step in to help at the counter when needed.

    What You’ll Do
    • Prepare bagels with cream cheese, butter, lox, and other menu items
    • Keep prep stations stocked, clean, and organized
    • Follow food safety and handling guidelines
    • Assist the counter team during busy times
    • Help with light kitchen prep and restocking supplies

    What We’re Looking For
    • Attention to detail and pride in presentation
    • Comfortable working behind the scenes and stepping up front when needed
    • Reliable, punctual, and a team player who is comfortable with early mornings
    • Previous food prep experience is a plus but not required

  • Rocky Bagel is looking for an early riser to join our team as a Baker. This role starts at 4:00 am and is key to making sure fresh bagels are ready when we open our doors. In addition to baking, you’ll help with wraps and other prep as the menu expands.

    What You’ll Do
    • Bake bagels each morning to keep the shop fully stocked
    • Maintain ovens and baking area, keeping everything clean and organized
    • Assist with preparing wraps, sandwiches, and other menu items
    • Manage timing so the counter is ready with fresh product when doors open
    • Support the team with restocking and light prep as needed

    What We’re Looking For
    • Must be a morning person and comfortable with a 4:00 am start
    • Reliable and able to work independently with attention to detail
    • Comfortable in a warm kitchen environment
    • Food service or baking experience is a plus but not required

Call for Artists!

We’re looking for our first Featured Artist to put their spin on our logo and brand. Each quarter we will team up with a local artist to bring new creativity into Rocky Bagel.

  • Your design will be featured on Rocky Bagel bags and a run of limited merch

  • We’ll kick it off with a launch event in the shop

  • $500 stipend and a chance to share your style with the community
